ICE2.0 LLC

We offer the following freeze and ice technologies.
Outline
① Perishable Shipping: Ice Pack Amount & Cooling Box Selection
Our service provides a cost-efficient calculation of the required amount of ice-packs/0°C(32°F)-cold-packs and the selection of a suitable insulated box for shipping and preserving of perishable products.
These ice-based insulated boxes maintain product temperatures continuously at approximately 0°C(32°F) from origin to destination. This method solves the issues of temperature fluctuations and uneven distribution in carrier-operated refrigerated shipping (refrigerated containers and refrigerated rooms in depots), while delivering superior effectiveness in preserving freshness.
Leverage our service to extend your market reach.
② Melting-point-controlled Ice Chips
Our ice machine produces specialized ice chips that maintain a consistent temperature below 0°C for extended periods.
This ice is particularly effective for preserving fresh fish and shellfish. Produced at a temperature near their freezing point, the chips are melt-resistant and remain in a soft, solid state. This near-freezing temperature provides several benefits: it kills harmful bacteria and inhibits their growth, prevents protein and lipid denaturation caused by enzymes and oxidation, and avoids the cell damage that occurs with freezing. Consequently, these ice chips are the ideal solution for preserving the freshness of seafood during long-distance transport, such as overseas shipping.
③ Maneuverable Freeze Concentration Equipment
Freeze concentration delivers the highest quality concentrates compared with other methods, such as evaporation and membrane filtration.
Our new freeze concentration equipment offers advantages such as flexible operation and the ability to process large volumes of solution.
This equipment produces magnesium-rich, mineral-balanced natural solutions from deep sea water, which can be used in culinary applications, processed foods, and functional beverages. Magnesium (Mg) plays a vital role in supporting immunity against pathogens, including viruses. Furthermore, these natural solutions can be refined into novel salts for use in raw culinary dishes such as salads, sushi, sashimi, and tempura.
➃ A New Separation Technology with Ice Filter ( Fusible Filter )
This technology uses centrifugal filtration with fusible materials, such as ice crystals, to separate emulsions. It removes stable surfactants (e.g., proteins) from oil droplets in emulsions (e.g., fish livers) and promotes the coalescence of the oil droplets. The collected oils are then recovered by melting the ice filter.
In addition, this technology has the potential to both disrupt the membranes of microalgae and separate oil and solution from them.
